The Federal Government, under the Department of Homeland Security,
funds FL3-DMAT when we are deployed. However, the majority of the time spent
in training and community service is born by the unit members and supported
by
sponsorships and donations. FL3-DMAT is organized as a 501C Non-Profit Corporation
when not on deployment and accepts tax deductable gifts in a variety of forms.
We want to publically thank the people and organizations on this page for
their ongoing support of FL-3 DMAT. Their help and contributions continue
to make our mission possible.
You and your organization can help in a number of ways. Here’s our current wish list:
1. A tax-deductible donation of $500.00 or more.
2. Partial sponsorship of the unit ($25,000 or more)
3. Help us locate and lease 2500 square feet of warehouse space
4. Encourage your people to volunteer and get involved
with FL-3 DMAT
5. Provide occasional classroom space and access to copy and printing facilities.
6. Useful medical equipment
In addition to the obvious tax benefits, we can provide highly visible public
exposure as well as an entree to a unique segment of the medical community.
We would appreciate your help at whatever level you choose to participate.
Your charitable contribution will help us maintain our high state of readiness.
Please let us hear from you. We are eager to work with you.
